"This is the third time I have worked with Connie on Real Estate. The first and latest were the most challenging. Briefly the first was a 100 year old house with some cosmetic warts. She put me in touch with a Staging Consultant who also had carpentry skills. Whenever there was a problem of concern Connie seemed to know or find/suggest a workable solution. It blew me away because I got well above want I would have expected for the property. The last challenge more warts and twist and turns than you would expect from a single wide trailer on half acre. Connie was unstoppable in wanting to get answers to the problems. She is determined to get the job done in a competent and ethical manner. I do believe that the buyers would have jumped ship had it not been for Connie's perseverance. I told her once that she was like a Real Estate 'Sherlock Holmes'. If she didn't have an answer to a problem she would seek answers to educate herself as well as moving the process forward. I was feeling like giving up and being done with it but Connie's calm reassurances were, "We'll get it done". I could write quite a bit more but I think two words will also suffice they should-- CLONE HER!!!!"
